WELCOME TO TRANSFORM 

​​​​At Transform your health and well-being is at the forefront of every service I provide. 

​My aim is to provide you with a safe space to heal. Where you feel looked after, cared for, and where you can recover.

I'm good at what I do and this is primarily down to my treatment approach and training. ​I use a unique integration of traditional, trigger point (medical), auricular and 5 element acupuncture, as well as cupping, sports and deep tissue massage, and counselling. This means I can approach and treat your health concerns utilising a variety of different approaches, helping you achieve your health goals as quickly and as effectively as possible.

Rest assured that whichever service you choose, you will be treated as an individual. I will provide you with a tailored treatment plan that addresses your unique health concerns, in a hygienic, professional, confidential and calm setting.

I have a Batchelor of Science degree (BSc Hons) in acupuncture, and I have been treating patients for 9 years. I have also been a qualified massage therapist for 16 years, and I am a qualified counsellor.
